By downloading or using BabyBloom, you confirm that you accept these Terms. They supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your licence to use the app.

If we change these Terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use BabyBloom.

BabyBloom is free to download, and the free version includes ads. BabyBloom Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($83.88) in US dollars; prices in other countries are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy and may differ.

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, which converts to a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with the free trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions); deleting the app does not cancel it. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

To restore Premium on a new device, open Settings › Account & Subscription › Upgrade in the app and use the restore purchases option.

BabyBloom doesn’t require an account or sign-in. Because your data stays on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device, its passcode and your backups secure; you can also turn on App Lock under Settings › Data & Privacy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.

Please use Poly AI and the rest of the app lawfully and respectfully: don’t submit unlawful or harmful content or photos you don’t have the right to share, and don’t try to get around usage limits or reverse-engineer the app.

AI features have daily usage limits, which are higher with Premium. We may change, limit or discontinue features, including AI features that rely on third-party providers.

You can stop using BabyBloom at any time. To erase everything the app stores (all baby profiles, logs, photos, Poly AI chats, settings and the weekly on-device backups), go to Settings › Account & Subscription › Reset All Data and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately on your device and cannot be undone, so export a copy first if you want one (Settings › Data & Privacy › Export Data). Deleting the app also removes its data from your device.

Neither step cancels a Premium subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Data already sent to our service providers is covered in our Privacy Policy.
